So here’s a crazy story.
I was actually on call to film Mason’s birth AND newborn session with his siblings.
Late Monday night I got the call: tonight is the night. I got all my things together and jumped in the car, ready to meet them at the hospital.
Not long after, I got another text: We’re not going to make it to the hospital.
The contractions were coming faster and faster and they quickly realized they would have to find a local ER. They told me to stay home because the baby would be there soon and there was no way I would be able to make it in time.
I wanted to ask more questions but I knew they had their hands full so I wanted until morning for an update:
So we didn’t even make it to the ER. My husband delivered her in the living room.
